In our generation today file size grows bigger and larger because of the new technology and software. Today the smallest Hard disk drive available in the market is 320GB and the biggest is 2TB or equivalent to 2000GB.

If you love to store or save movies and music in your computer you need to have a bigger storage in your computer and of course a big processor and more RAM to have a better performance. Way back 8 years ago hard disk only have 8GB to 40GB size and the files are lighter. Because of the graphics and the effects compared today like movies, if you downloaded a high quality or high definition you can say that this files occupies a big space in your drive, because of the quality and clarity of the movie. Same with the games, games today is most nicer and more extreme because of the improved graphics. Games today is 3D. So that's the reason why Data is Big.
